4G BBQ cum Class Chalet
Hello people,
here to update you all on our class upcoming gathering (4th Jan to 6th Jan).
Firstly,
the
meeting time wil be 1600 (Please
do not be late)
at Yishun Interchange, bus stand no. 39, on the 4th of Jan. Eric will be there to bring you all to the
venue for the BBQ, which is Costa Sands @ Downtown East. We still do not know the room no. for our rooms yet, so can't tell you the exact pit no. yet. I will update you guys on the pit no. as soon as i know about it. The BBQ will start around 5 30 if nothing goes wrong.
Secondly,
if you are coming from the BBQ,
please bring along a wrapped gift that is worth approximately $10 as we will be having a gift exchange activity. This gift has to be
suitable for both boys and girls. The reason behind this activity is so that each of us will be able to have a farewell gift cum christmas present and a momento of the first BBQ that our class will be having.
Thirdly,
this is the list of food that we will be having for our BBQ:
- Chicken Satay
- Otah
- Buffalo Wings
- Sambal Stingray
- Vegetarian Yakitori Set (Reserved for the vegetarians only)
- Japanese Sweet Potato
- Butter Sweet Corn
- Fried Bee Hoon
- Marshmellow
(Don't start drooling. :P)
Fourthly,
for those people who have not paid the class fund yet for the month of July and August, please do so by paying it to Ernest on the actual day. Please be responsible or else we will not be able to afford to purchase drinks for the BBQ.
Fifthly,
people who are staying for the chalet, please pay $10 to Xian Kai, Ernest or me on that day after the BBQ when those who are staying has left.
That should be all for now.

Oh ya, do
remember to bring a $1 dollar coin so that you could enter the chalet.
